All shipments are handled from our fulfillment center in the Greater Philadelphia area, and we currently only ship to addresses within the United States.

Order Processing & Shipping Times

Order Processing:

  • Orders placed by 3 PM EST on business days (Monday to Friday) will ship the same day.
  • Orders placed after 3 PM EST or over the weekend will ship the next business day.

Shipping Time:

  • UPS Ground usually takes 4 to 8 business days.
  • Remote areas may take longer.
  • Holiday Shipping: Orders placed on national holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Carriers

Primary Carrier: We use UPS as our main carrier for all orders. You can track your shipment and delivery details via UPS Tracking.

Shipping Options:

  • UPS Ground (standard delivery)
  • UPS Next Day Air (next business day delivery)
  • UPS Second Day Air (two-day delivery)

Please note: UPS services do not include weekend deliveries. For time-sensitive orders, we recommend choosing Next Day Air or Second Day Air.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are based on UPS’s prevailing rates and are automatically calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and delivery location.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we are unable to ship to:

  • Post Office Boxes
  • Military Addresses (APO/FPO)
  • Canada, Puerto Rico, or Mexico

We reserve the right to discontinue or modify Free Shipping offers at any time.

Failed Delivery & Signature Requirements

For high-value items, UPS may require a signature upon delivery. If a delivery attempt fails and no one is available to sign, UPS will make up to three delivery attempts. After three unsuccessful attempts, the package will be returned to us.
